Technical Specifications:

Chassis:
Manufactured from ST52 special steel, sheets and flat bars, assembled by cutting and bending operations and welded using robotic welding machines.

King Pin:
Manufactured from forged 42 CrMo4 steel, with a 2-inch diameter and mounted with 8 bolts according to SAE standards.

Axles:
3 x 12,000 kg load-capacity drum axle group with sealed bearing system.

Braking System:
Dual-circuit pneumatic brake system with load-sensitive brake valve (WABCO).
EBS braking system (WABCO).
ABS or EBS braking systems are generally used with a dual-line braking system.

Air Suspension:
300 mm air bellows with adjustable level valve.
Parabolic leaf springs and shock absorber components that limit excessive axle movement for protection purposes.
Front and middle axle lifting, controlled from inside the cabin.
Loading-unloading ramp adjustment lever.

Landing Legs:
Twin-speed, telescopic-type mechanical landing legs with a load capacity of 24,000 kg.

Rear Bumper:
Rear bumper compliant with the 70/221/AT version.

1 parking wheel chock supplied with the carrier.

Painting:
The material cleaning process is carried out by grit blasting. Phosphate coating is then applied. Afterwards, 2 coats of epoxy primer are applied, followed by 2 coats of acrylic paint in the desired colour.

3 amber-coloured side lamps.
Rear parking lamps, license plate lamp and triangular reflector.
Lighting: 2 x 7-pin electrical sockets.
