It is particularly suitable for transporting heavy and long loads and can be used in various heavy-duty transportation applications. LIDER Trailer manufactures Dolly Trailer solutions with a robust construction and equipment designed for demanding operating conditions. The trailer can be configured according to the customer's transportation requirements and the characteristics of the load. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Chassis: Manufactured from ST 52 steel, formed from sheet metal and profiles and assembled using robot welding machines. King Pin: Manufactured from forged 42 Cr Mo4 steel and mounted with 8 bolts with a 2" diameter in accordance with SAE standards. Axles: 3 × 12,000 kg load-capacity drum axle group with a sealed bearing system. Brake System: Dual-circuit automatic pneumatic brake system with load-sensitive relay valve (WABCO) EBS Brake System (WABCO) Depending on the configuration, ABS or EBS brake systems and a dual-line brake system are available. Air Suspension: Air suspension system 300 mm air bellows with adjustable leveling valve Parabolic Z-type leaf springs and shock absorber components designed to limit excessive axle movement and provide protection Front and middle axle lifting system, controlled from inside the cabin Loading and unloading ramp adjustment lever Rear Bumper: Rear bumper compliant with 70/221/AT regulations. Wheel Chock: 1 parking wheel chock supplied with the supports. Tires and Rims: 6 PIRELLI - LASSA tubeless tires, size 385/65 R 22.5 11.75 × 22.5 Pilot rims Mudguards: 2 complete plastic mudguards. Painting: The material is cleaned by grit blasting, followed by phosphate coating. Then 2 coats of epoxy primer are applied, followed by 2 coats of acrylic paint in the requested color.
