Pool Dumper is a durable dumping solution designed for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, aggregate, excavation materials, soil, stone and similar loads. Its wide and practical body structure enables the transportation of high-volume loads and provides effective performance in demanding working conditions.

Developed with a strong chassis and body construction for heavy-duty applications, the Pool Dumper is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system that enables fast and controlled unloading of loads. 24 m³ Dumper Technical Specifications:

Chassis:
High-strength chassis manufactured from ST52 material using gas metal arc welding.

King Pin:
Manufactured from forged 42 CrMo4 steel, with a 2" diameter and mounted with 8 bolts in accordance with SAE standards.

Axles:
3 x 14,000 kg load-capacity drum axle group. Equipped with a sealed bearing system.

Brake System:
Three different brake systems are available: Normal, ABS and EBS. The system is designed according to European standards and equipped with automatic brake adjustment and brake chambers. The brake disc (394 x 210 mm) is equipped with an ABS braking system. Two reusable protective brake sockets are provided.

Landing Legs:
Double-speed mechanical landing legs with a load capacity of 24,000 kg.

Rear Bumper:
Rear bumper compliant with the 70/221/AT version.

Wheel Chock:
1 parking wheel chock supplied with the carrier equipment.

Tyres and Rims:
6 PIRELLI-LASSA 385/65 R 22.5 tubeless tyres with 11.75–22.5 Pilot rims.

Paint:
After material cleaning and grit blasting, phosphate coating is applied. The chassis is then coated with 2 layers of epoxy primer and finished with 2 layers of acrylic paint in the requested colour.

Electrical Equipment and Lighting:
3 amber-coloured side lamps, rear parking lamps, license plate lamp and triangular reflectors, together with 2 x 7-pin electrical sockets.
