The Lider Trailer Curtain-Sider Trailer is a versatile transportation solution designed for the safe, practical, and efficient transportation of cargo with different dimensions and characteristics. Its side and top curtain system protects the cargo from external conditions while providing easy access during loading and unloading operations.

**Chassis:**  
Manufactured from ST 52 special steel, sheets, and flat bars. The box chassis is assembled and produced using robotic welding machines.

**King Pin:**  
Manufactured from forged 42 Cr Mo4 steel, mounted with 8 bolts and 2" diameter according to SAE standards.

**Axles:**  
3 × 12,000 kg load-capacity drum axle group with sealed bearing system.

**Brake System:**  
Dual-circuit pneumatic brake system with load-sensitive regulator brake valve (WABCO).  
WABCO EBS brake system.  
Generally equipped with ABS or EBS and a dual-line brake system.

**Air Suspension:**  
Air suspension system.  
300 mm air bellows with adjustable level valve.  
Parabolic springs and shock absorber elements limiting excessive axle movement for protection purposes.

The material is cleaned and grit-blasted before phosphate treatment. It is then coated with 2 layers of epoxy primer and finished with 2 layers of acrylic paint in the requested colour.
